About Me
I’m a Senior UX Product Designer with 18 years of experience designing digital consumer products for companies including Everyday Health, Audible, and Amazon.
I enjoy working with multidisciplinary teams. I develop the vision (based on business requirements), conduct research, brainstorming, strategy, and product experiences for both web and touch-optimized surfaces. I also mentor, lead sprint planning, sprint demos, etc.
My strengths include organization, leadership, planning, and execution. I create experiences that balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the business.
I am currently the Senior UX Designer for Amazon. In this role, I create Livestream experiences that help customers make more informed buying decisions and help creators livestream on Amazon. I present the UX direction to key business stakeholders and leadership regularly.
My experience includes:
Senior UX Designer for Amazon
Senior UX Designer for Audible on Amazon
Lead UX Designer for International Audible on Amazon
UX Designer for the Audible shopping experience including mobile redesign
Senior UX Designer for Everyday Health’s platform team, web and apps
Designer for The Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum, including web redesign
I was born on a chicken farm in Western PA. When I was 4 my family moved to West Palm Beach Florida, where I spent my middle and high school years trying to surf and studying as an art student at Alexander W. Dreyfoos School of the arts. In college, I majored in Industrial Design at Carnegie Mellon University and then I went on to receive a Masters in Design from the School of Visual Arts.
Currently, I live in South Orange, NJ right outside of NYC. In my free-time, I enjoy working out and running. I also enjoy painting, drawing, and other visual arts. I’m currently open to new opportunities to work with energetic, smart, and talented people.
